The Fete de la Musique for Summertime Fun
Summer solstice begins on the 21 June, also marking the date of the Fete de la Musique. This vibrant event showcases professional and amateur musicians, in various venues all over the city. You'll also get to enjoy open air performances, as musicians, delivering diverse genres, take it to the streets. Free concerts are also a part of the festival and you're bound to find one that is right up your street. Paris is always fun and the Fete de la Musique adds a special kind of flavour to the city.
The Paris Jazz Festival and Rhoda Scott "Lady" Quartet Concert
The Paris Jazz Festival begins on 7 June to the 27 July and you'll be treated to free concerts, staged at the Parc Floral de Paris. Amazing performances by musicians, like Manu Dibango and The Soul Dibango Makossa Gang and their African jazz infused rhythms and the powerful African American, modern day Griot, Cody Chesnutt, are featured. The Rhoda Scott "Lady" Quartet Concert takes place on the 19 and 20 July, at the Sunside/Sunset.

Galeries Lafayette, has a wide range of items, from luxurious beauty products to designer footwear. There are also plenty of charming boutiques, to pick up great deals. Marks and Spencer, H&M and Michael Kors can be found at the Beaugrenelle shopping centre, for unadulterated retail therapy. And to think, all these stores and malls are all located between 15 to 20 minutes away from Hotel Eden, making our establishment very convenient, for sale shopping sprees.
